Job Description

Job Summary:
The Insurance Manager is responsible for managing insurance sales, leading a team, and ensuring growth in business while maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of insurance sales executives
• Achieve sales targets for insurance products
• Recruit, train, and motivate agents
• Support the team in customer acquisition
• Ensure policy issuance, renewals, and customer service
• Prepare basic sales and performance reports

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
