Job Description

Job Summary:
The Insurance Manager is responsible for managing insurance operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee insurance sales
• Lead, train, and motivate the insurance team
• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Ensure compliance with insurance policies and regulations
• Monitor performance and prepare basic reports

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
