Job Description

Job Summary:
The Insurance Manager is responsible for driving insurance sales, managing a sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the insurance sales team
• Achieve sales and revenue targets
• Recruit, train, and motivate agents/sales executives
• Assist the team in closing insurance policies
• Build and maintain customer relationship
• Monitor performance and prepare sales reports

We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
