Job Description

Job Summary:

The Insurance Manager is responsible for managing insurance sales, leading the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage insurance sales and achieve targets
• Recruit, train, and support agents or sales team
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations
• Monitor performance and prepare reports
• Support policy servicing and renewals

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
