Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Insurance Manager to lead insurance sales operations, manage a team of advisors, and ensure business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents or advisors
- Promote and sell insurance products and policies.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Guide customers on suitable insurance plans based on their needs
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing support and motivation
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company guideline
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
