Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for candidate who can generate lead and manage the insurance sales team develop strategies to meet business and sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of insurance advisors or agents
• Set sales targets and help the team achieve them
• Recruit, train, and guide new advisors
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure policy renewals
• Monitor daily sales activities and prepare reports
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
