Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Manager – Agency Vertical to lead and expand our agency channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the BFSI industry.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit new agents to build a robust agency network.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach through the agency channel.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance agents’ product knowledge and sales skills.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to agents to improve performance and productivity.
• Ensure agents are well-versed in compliance regulations and company policies.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents to ensure mutual success.
• Collaborate with agents to develop joint business plans and strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required.
• Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
• Preferred local candidate.
