Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Marketing Officer to promote and market insurance products. The role involves identifying potential clients, creating awareness about insurance plans, and driving sales through various marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote life/health/general insurance products to prospective clients.
• Conduct field visits, participate in marketing campaigns, and generate leads.
• Educate clients on insurance products and help them choose suitable plans.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets within set timelines.
• Maintain daily reports on lead follow-up, closures, and customer interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local communities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing (insurance/BFSI preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality.
• Willingness to travel locally and conduct on-field marketing.
