Job Description
The Insurance Partnership Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding partnerships with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and corporate agents to drive insurance product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new business partners such as banks, brokers, and corporate agents.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders from partner organizations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create partner-specific campaigns and drive product visibility.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Age group preferred: 24 to 40 years
- Excellent skills in communication, leadership, and negotiation
- Must be goal-oriented and capable of leading a team effectively
