Role Summary:
We are hiring an Insurance Product Analyst to support the development, analysis, and improvement of insurance products. The role involves market research, competitor analysis, pricing support, and product performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze insurance product performance and suggest improvements
Conduct market and competitor research
Assist in pricing strategy, product structuring, and documentation
Work with underwriting, actuarial, and sales teams on product-related projects
Ensure product compliance with IRDAI and internal policies
Track trends in customer preferences and product innovation

Requirements:
Graduate (preferably in Finance, Economics, or Statistics)
2+ years of experience in insurance product analysis or development
Strong analytical and research skills
Familiarity with insurance products, IRDAI guidelines
Proficiency in Excel, data tools, and presentations
