Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Advisor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and offering suitable insurance products to help them secure their future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans (life, health, general)
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients
• Provide detailed information about products and assist in policy selection
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Ensure timely documentation and policy processing

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of insurance products
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to handle fieldwork and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of local market and customer behavior

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream
• Experience in sales/insurance is preferred
