Job Title: Insurance Sales Advisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated insurance sales advisors to promote and sell insurance policies to individual clients. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering the right solutions, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate leads
• Explain various insurance plans and help customers choose the right policy
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals
• Follow up on leads and maintain a regular sales pipeline
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies
• Attend product and sales training sessions to stay updated

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation in any stream
• 2+ years of experience in sales (insurance preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and self-driven attitude
• Local language proficiency preferred
• Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (for field roles)
