Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven insurance sales advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, advising clients on insurance products, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance solutions.
• Provide information on policy terms, conditions, benefits, and exclusions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients for renewals and upselling.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle policy servicing requests.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.

Candidate Profile:

• Any graduate in any discipline.
• Proven sales or customer service experience (insurance/banking preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Goal-orientated with the ability to work independently.
• Basic computer knowledge.
