Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals and local networking
Present and sell life and general insurance solutions tailored to client needs
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide after‑sales support to ensure high renewal and referral rates
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Candidate Profile:
Graduation is mandatory; insurance certifications (e.g. AMFI, IRDA) a plus
1–3 years of experience in insurance or BFSI field sales
Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills
Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently
Familiarity with local market and community network
