Job Summary:
We are hiring an Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell life, health, or general insurance products through direct field sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through field visits and referrals
• Explain insurance plans and benefits to clients
• Achieve monthly sales and policy targets
• Maintain good client relationships and ensure after-sales support
• Submit daily reports and attend team meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate
• 2+ years of experience in sales (insurance preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Two-wheeler preferred for local travel
