We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our Life Insurance sales team. The role focuses on building strong client relationships and driving sales through direct engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell life insurance products through direct and referral channels
Build and manage a portfolio of clients
Achieve assigned sales targets
Ensure excellent customer service and policy renewals

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline
1 to 3 years of sales experience (Life Insurance/BFSI preferred)
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
