Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Job Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibility

• Utilize cold calling, fieldwork, and recommendations to generate leads.
• Reach your quarterly and monthly sales goals.
• Recognize client needs and suggest appropriate insurance packages.
• Keep up good relations with both new and current clientele.
• Assure appropriate policy processing and documentation.
• Observe the company’s sales procedure and adhere to the IRDAI regulations.
• Send the management daily activity and sales reports.

Qualification

• Preferred: Graduate in any stream
• strong communication and sales skills are also welcome
• 1+ years of experience in sales
