Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and driven insurance sales executive to join our team. The role involves promoting insurance products, building client relationships, and driving sales growth through direct interaction with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain policy terms, conditions, and coverage details clearly
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong after-sales service and ensure policy renewals
• Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Stay updated on insurance products and market developments

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (insurance or BFSI preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident in field sales
• Graduation preferred but not mandatory
• Must own a smartphone and be open to local travel
