Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive
Location: Chembur
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Insurance Sales Executive to drive policy sales through direct and field-based customer engagement. The role involves explaining policy benefits, generating leads, and providing excellent after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective customers through cold calling, referrals, and field visits
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Guide customers through the policy process and assist in claim procedures
- Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: 2 years in Insurance / BFSI / Field Sales
Skills Required:
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Sales-focused with target orientation
- Ability to handle fieldwork and customer interaction
- Basic knowledge of insurance products is a plus
- Preferred: Two-wheeler & local area knowledge
