Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven insurance sales executive to promote and sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills with a strong customer focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Explain various insurance products (life, health, general) and help customers choose suitable plans.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Follow up with clients for documentation, renewals, and service-related queries.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream
- Experience: 2+ years in sales (Insurance sales preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Must own a two-wheeler (for field roles)
