Compensation: ₹3.30 LPA to ₹3.80 LPA + incentives and other benefits

Job Description: 
As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in acquiring new clients and selling life, health, or general insurance products. You will identify customer needs, educate them about available options, and help them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities: 
Acquire new clients through direct sales and referrals.
Explain and promote insurance products to meet individual customer needs.
Conduct needs analysis and provide personalized solutions.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements: 
1-2+ years of experience in insurance sales or financial services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Goal-oriented with strong sales acumen.
