Job Description:

Agent Recruitment & Management:

Identify and recruit advisors (agents) from your local network
Train and mentor them to achieve consistent sales results
Track advisor performance and help them grow in their career

Sales Execution & Customer Interaction:

Drive life insurance business through your advisor network
Support advisors in customer meetings and closures
Maintain regular contact with customers for service and retention

Team Building & Leadership:

Build your own strong sales team
Guide your advisors in lead generation, customer handling, and product presentation
