Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Insurance Sales Executive to develop insurance sales through agency partners. This is a field-based role focused on recruitment, training, and business activation. Candidates from the local area are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard potential insurance advisors
- Conduct induction, product training, and field support
- Meet channel-wise sales and activity targets
- Maintain consistent engagement with advisors
Qualifications:
- Graduation is compulsory
- 2+ years of experience in any field sales role
- Strong communication and relationship-building
- Area knowledge is an added advantage
