Job Overview:
We are hiring a proactive and ambitious Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves selling various insurance products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through fieldwork and lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell insurance policies (life, health, motor, or general insurance) to individuals and businesses.
• Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales service.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently.
• Ensure documentation, KYC, and policy issuance are completed accurately and on time.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (in any stream).
• Experience in insurance, finance, or field sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to convince, negotiate, and close sales effectively.
• Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge and smartphone handling.
