Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and high-performing Insurance Sales Head to lead and scale our sales operations. The role involves setting strategic goals, managing large sales teams, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional/area sales managers and their teams across multiple locations.
- Drive recruitment, training, and development of front-line sales staff and insurance advisors.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and improve results through strategic initiatives.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and operational guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to design sales campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop counter-strategies.
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on performance, forecasts, and business plans.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate.
- Preferred local candidate.
