INSURANCE SALES HEAD

Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and result-oriented Insurance Sales Head to lead and scale our sales operations. The ideal candidate brings deep domain knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in insurance sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement sales strategies to achieve aggressive business growth targets across life, insurance products.
• Develop and strengthen multi-channel sales models – agency, banca, direct, and digital – for broader market coverage.
• Set KPIs for sales teams and track performance through regular reporting, audits, and sales reviews.
• Build strong relationships with key partners, corporate clients, and high-value customers.
• Identify new market segments, build partnerships, and increase reach through field activities and network expansion.
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company guidelines in all sales operations.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
