Job Summary:

The candidate is responsible for leading the insurance sales team, achieving sales targets, and growing the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, Recruit and  Motivate the sales team
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
• Develop strategies to increase insurance sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to the team.

What We Require: 

• Minimum 2+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
