We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Insurance Manager to lead sales operations, manage a team of advisors/agents, and drive business growth through insurance products. The role involves team management, sales planning, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents
Drive sales of life/general/health insurance products
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets
Conduct regular training and performance review sessions
Support team members in closing high-value cases
Develop sales strategies and market expansion plans
Build strong relationships with customers and partners
Ensure compliance with IRDA regulations and company policies
Monitor persistency, renewals, and customer service quality
Prepare sales MIS and performance reports
Eligibility & Requirements:
Graduation mandatory
Minimum 2–6 years of experience in insurance sales/agency management
Proven experience in team handling and target achievement
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of life, health, or general insurance products
Strong networking and relationship-building ability
Good analytical and reporting skills
