The Insurance Sales Manager is in charge of answering any and all inquiries from clients on the goods and services the business provides, acting as the company’s public face. It is expected of a sales associate to keep up-to-date knowledge about the company’s policies, services, and products.

Responsibilities:

– Balancing drawers, operating cash registers, and handling financial matters.

– Accomplishing preset goals.

– Directing them toward the store’s merchandise.

– Retail sales are increasing.

– Excellent knowledge about the merchandise.

– Keeping the sales floor looking tidy and professional.

– Offering incentives and promotions to customers.

– Cross-selling items to increase total sales.

Required Candidate Profile: –

Graduate

21 to 38 years

Sales Experience:

1 year or min. 6 months in BFSI
