Insurance Sales Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a driven and focused Insurance Sales Manager to work with our insurance team. You will be working directly for the company, generating leads, establishing connections with clients, and completing insurance sales; this is not an agency-based position.
Principal Duties:
- Directly market and sell life and general insurance products to consumers.
- Find potential customers by cold phoning, networking, and field trips.
- Recognize the insurance needs of your clients and recommend appropriate plans.
- Create and preserve enduring relationships with clients
Qualifications for Candidates:
- At least one to two years of experience in direct sales, banking, or insurance
- Outstanding interpersonal, presenting, and communication abilities
- Strong emphasis on customer service and a goal-oriented methodology
- A bachelor’s degree in any field
- You must be between the ages of 21 and 40
