Come work with us as an Insurance Sales Manager whose main goal will be to expand our agency channel’s sales of life insurance products. In order to meet revenue targets, you will manage a group of agents, carry out sales plans, and cultivate enduring connections.

Key Responsibilities:  
• Assemble, educate, and oversee a group of insurance agents.
• Create and put into practice efficient sales techniques to reach revenue targets.
• Develop enduring bonds with clients and agency partners.
• Use competition activity and market trends analysis to guide strategic choices.
• Verify adherence to corporate rules and industry requirements.

Requirements:
