Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in a designated region. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing team of financial advisors to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: 
Recruit, onboard, and train financial advisors to build a strong sales team.
Monitor performance, provide ongoing coaching, and support team members in reaching their goals.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional sales objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand business reach.
Analyze customer behavior and competitor activity to refine strategies.
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence within the team.

Qualifications and Experience: 
Graduate degree (required).
Minimum 1 years of experience in sales/marketing in any industry.
Must be a resident or native of the region for at least 3 years.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
