Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Insurance Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. You will be responsible for building a strong sales team, achieving targets, and helping customers choose the right insurance solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors or sales executives.
- Guide the team to generate leads and close insurance sales.
- Set monthly targets and track team performance.
- Support team members with field visits, presentations, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular meetings and product training sessions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
