INSURANCE SALES MANAGER

Job Summary:

We are looking for a target-driven and experienced Insurance Sales Manager to lead our sales team and grow our insurance business. The role involves managing sales agents, driving revenue, and ensuring excellent customer service through effective team management and sales strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors or sales agents
• Set sales targets and guide the team to achieve them
• Generate leads through various sources and ensure business growth
• Support team members with field visits, client meetings, and sales closures
• Conduct regular training on insurance products and sales techniques
• Monitor daily sales performance and share reports with senior management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
