INSURANCE SALES MANAGER

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Insurance Sales Manager to lead and grow our insurance sales team. This role involves recruiting advisors, driving sales, and helping customers choose the right insurance solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents
• Drive team performance to meet sales and revenue targets
• Support advisors with client meetings and sales closures
• Develop sales strategies for the assigned area or branch
• Monitor and review team’s daily performance and reporting
• Conduct regular training, motivation, and skill development sessions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
