Job Summary: 
Lead our agency sales efforts by recruiting, training, and managing a team of life insurance advisors. This field leadership role requires a go-getter mindset and a strong focus on achieving business targets and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: 
– Build and scale an advisor team in Bhubaneswar
– Deliver structured training and monthly coaching sessions
– Set sales targets and drive performance through data tracking
– Join agents in the field to close sales and resolve issues
– Enforce compliance with IRDAI and company policies
– Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies

Eligibility: 
– Graduate in any stream
– 2–3 years of experience in BFSI sales or insurance
– Excellent communication and team handling skills
– Local market knowledge and field-readiness
