Job Summary: 
We are hiring an Insurance Sales Manager to lead the agency sales team in Rourkela. The role involves recruiting life insurance advisors, driving field performance, and achieving sales targets. Ideal for professionals with experience in field sales and strong local market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities: 
– Recruit, onboard, and manage life insurance advisors
– Train advisors on insurance products and sales techniques
– Drive business through advisor activation and support
– Conduct field visits and joint sales meetings
– Ensure accurate policy documentation and regulatory compliance
– Submit sales performance updates to branch leadership

Eligibility Criteria: 
– Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
– Minimum 2 years of field sales or insurance experience
– Strong leadership and team-building skills
– Good understanding of Rourkela’s customer base and geography
– Target-driven and comfortable with field work
