As an Insurance Sales Manager, you will recruit and manage life insurance agents, support them in the field, and drive sales through the agency model. The role involves regular client visits and achieving monthly business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit agents and activate their business
– Ensure monthly sales achievement
– Conduct field meetings with agents and clients
– Monitor agent activities and resolve issues
– Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issuance
– Ensure process adherence and reporting
Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– 2+ years of field sales experience
