About the Role:
Lead sales efforts by collaborating with bank branches to promote and sell life insurance products. Drive revenue growth through effective relationship management and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to maximize insurance sales
Identify and address customer insurance needs with appropriate solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
Ensure smooth onboarding and excellent post-sales service
Coordinate with internal teams to support business objectives
Candidate Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory
1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience in BFSI or Insurance sector
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented with a proactive approach
