About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Insurance Sales Manager to join our Bank Channel team in Mumbai. The role involves driving life insurance sales through assigned bank branches, ensuring quality service, and achieving business targets by building strong partnerships with bank personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate life insurance business through bank branches assigned
Build and maintain effective relationships with bank staff to maximize business opportunities
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt support and service
Conduct product training and provide ongoing support to bank staff
Comply with organizational and regulatory policies

Desired Candidate Profile:

1 to 3 years of experience in life insurance or BFSI sales
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach
Graduation is mandatory
