CTC: ₹3.00 LPA – ₹3.45 LPA + Incentives

We’re hiring an Insurance Sales Manager to lead a team and grow insurance sales in the Bidar area. You’ll recruit agents, guide them, and help achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and train insurance agents/advisors
• Guide your team to sell insurance plans
• Help customers choose the right policy
• Achieve monthly sales goals
• Build good customer and team relationships

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field
• 1+ years of sales or insurance experience
• Good communication and team management skills
• Local area knowledge preferred.
