Job Title: Insurance Sales Officer

Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Officer to promote and sell insurance products to individual clients. The role involves field sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell life/health/general insurance products to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer data and ensure timely follow-ups and renewals.
• Provide post-sales service support and assist with claim processes when needed.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in sales; insurance or BFSI background preferred.
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Energetic, target-driven, and field-ready.
• Local language proficiency is an advantage.
