Job Title: Insurance Sales Officer
Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Officer to promote and sell insurance products to individual clients. The role involves field sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell life/health/general insurance products to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer data and ensure timely follow-ups and renewals.
- Provide post-sales service support and assist with claim processes when needed.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience in sales; insurance or BFSI background preferred.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Energetic, target-driven, and field-ready.
- Local language proficiency is an advantage.
