Job Title: Insurance Sales Officer

Location : Chembur

Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated and result-orientated Insurance Sales Officer to drive sales of insurance products through field visits, client meetings, and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining policy features, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calls, field visits, and referrals
• Promote and sell life, health, or general insurance products as per customer needs
• Explain policy details including coverage, premiums, benefits, and exclusions
• Meet individual sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure renewals and referrals
• Submit accurate documentation and follow up for policy issuance
• Stay updated with market trends and product knowledge

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally
• Good negotiation and convincing skills
