Job Summary: 
We’re hiring an experienced Insurance Sales Professional to drive advisor recruitment and insurance sales in Kolkata. You’ll lead a team of advisors, conduct field sales activities, and ensure policy closures in a fast-paced market.

Key Responsibilities: 
Recruit and activate local insurance advisors
Train and mentor agents on life insurance products
Drive advisor performance to meet monthly targets
Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls
Ensure compliance with policy guidelines

Eligibility Criteria: 
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of sales or agency recruitment experience
Strong field skills and market knowledge in Kolkata
Good leadership and team handling ability
