Job Summary:
Sell insurance products to individuals and businesses by identifying client needs and providing suitable solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking
Explain insurance products, features, and benefits to clients
Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate policies
Close sales and ensure documentation accuracy
Follow up on renewals and maintain customer service

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in insurance sales or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic knowledge of insurance products
