Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer needs, and offering insurance solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell life, health, motor, and/or general insurance products.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct client meetings to assess their insurance requirements.
• Provide detailed information about available insurance plans and benefits.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Prior experience in insurance or financial product sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Good organizational and customer service skills.
