Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable insurance solutions.
• Explain policy terms, conditions, premiums, and coverage in a clear manner.
• Handle customer queries and support policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.
• Stay updated on insurance products, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum education: Graduation in any stream (preferred).
• Prior experience in insurance or financial sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a customer-first attitude.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
