Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and connect with potential clients through field visits, phone calls, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and offer customized life, health, or general insurance plans.
- Conduct product presentations and explain policy features, terms, and benefits.
- Assist clients with documentation and policy issuance process.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
