Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative

Job Summary: 
We are seeking an experienced sales manager to build and manage an insurance advisor team in Kolkata. The role requires excellent leadership skills, local networking, and consistent performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities: 
– Source and onboard advisors from Kolkata and nearby areas
– Conduct regular sales coaching and field mentoring
– Achieve monthly sales targets through advisor performance
– Lead retention and development programs
– Maintain compliance and reporting

Eligibility: 
– Graduate (Bachelor’s mandatory)
– 2–3 years in life insurance agency sales
– Strong market knowledge and team-building ability
– Willing to work on-field and manage sales outcomes
