Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and persuasive insurance sales representative to promote and sell insurance policies. The ideal candidate will assess customer needs, recommend suitable products, and achieve sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate insurance solutions.
• Provide detailed information on policy features, benefits, and pricing.
• Complete sales processes, including documentation and KYC compliance.
• Follow up for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduation in any field.
• Experience: 3+ years in insurance/banking/field sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven and result-orientated.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
